Crown bags LLC believes in a saying" Quality is not an Act it is a Habit". Our production Facilities follow strict guidelines and systems to ensure Defect free bags. Every bag is checked to ensure proper quality. Full fledged laboratories are available in the production facilities to check every aspect of the bag.

At the Extrusion level we check Composition / Denier / Tape width / Grams per Denier During the fabric stage we check mesh size / Denier/ GSM / UV % & Fabric width During the stitching we check for stitches per inch, Dimensions, trimmings, label / Document pouch placement & Bag weight.

Strict quality controls are in place at every stage of manufacturing. We have Bag testing Rigs to test the safe working load of the bag. We can test up to 4500 lbs 5:1. We guarantee that our supplies will strictly adhere to your Specifications.

Traceability-We treat feedback from customers in the highest regard. Our unique Product Tracking System is designed to trace back our consignments to the precise batch and specification under which the product was made.
